There are a lot of painful things happening in the world and in many of our lives. When life is stressful sometimes all we can do is make it through the day. In a one on one session you are invited to slow down and give loving care to the spiritual part of who you are. This is a time to reflect upon your life story and spiritual history; identify where you desire change and gain a clear vision for where God is calling you.

I meet with you as a fellow pilgrim and spiritual guide. We listen together for the voice and direction of God in your life. For clients that are interested sessions can include scripture and prayer.

If you would like to grow spiritually in relationship with others this may be a good fit for you. I’m currently forming small groups of 3 to 5 people who would like to pursue deeper faith and learn from one another. In my experience this doesn’t come about through religious judgment or performance. You can be yourself and talk about hard things. I simply ask for a general disposition of humility and mutual encouragement.
Each group member will be asked to share personally and be open to questions and feedback from others. Groups function best when group members commit to confidentiality and regular attendance.

Clergy and ministry leaders are real people and just like anyone else need spiritual care and support. Many pastors feel burdened from a divisive environment which often shows up in their congregations. In addition pastors are often called upon at all days and hours to minister to others’ needs and may find themselves or their families hurting and exhausted.
In a one on one meeting I am here first and foremost to listen and offer emotional support. I provide a safe and confidential space where you can reflect upon your beliefs, theology and personal struggles. Together we bring the needs of your heart before Jesus THE shepherd who cares for you.
